Love is calling you and me

This song has been on my heart lately. This is what God calls each of us to - to be a witness to his lost sheep. I love Christmas time, more than words can express. But this time of year also breaks my heart. When I think about all the people out there with no home, no family, no hope, my heart physically hurts. God has graciously blessed me beyond my wildest imagination, and I want nothing more than to pass that on to others. I am nothing, but because of the Cross I am a servant of the Lord. I choose to move out of the way and let His power work through me to bless others. I challenge you (and myself) to take time this Christmas season to not only be thankful for our blessings, but to pray about how God wants to use us. We each have a purpose - its just a matter of identifying it and then acting on it. What is God calling you to do?
